This build was designed with the following thought process: Man I sure hate people life stealing all my damage away as I slowly follow them around, *gasps aloud* I know!!
this build focuses primarily on benefitting off of your enemy and being a general pain to fight. I'll go item by item in thought process.
Tainted Amulet is straightforward, I don't think enemies deserve the health they built several items for, this is meant to make it so people who are trying to sustain don't just live forever on you.
Phallanx is meant to benefit off of your enemy as well, I'm least convinced of this item, use it against the enemy if any of them are basic attack heavy.
Glad shield is obvious, extra damage for when applying curse.
Prophetic is to benefit Glad shield and take more advantage of ruining the enemies damage against you.
Eldritch dagger is used along with your short cooldown relics to keep you high on power all the time.
Shogun's is there for the extra cooldown and attackspeed, that's all.
Bracer of Brilliance is important yes, lowest cooldown relic and some of the best rewards from one too, lets you stick to enemies easily and deal the extra damage you need. +wards so yay
Sundering Siphon is your own added healing option and health damage, yes it isn't up a whole bunch, but dang is it effective, treat it like an ult.
