Different start, same idea as arena,rush cdr, stun people with your 1,ult them and hope they don't have beads up.

This is for fenrir jungle.
If you are ahead/you feel your damage is solid you can go breastplate after boots instead of void shield.
Last item options include Titansbane for more dmg vs tankier gods,brawlers beatstick if the enemy team has healers,crusher for mixed pen/attack speed.

Mostly defensive options.
Urchin-good if bought 3rd/4th in arena to gain a decent amount of mixed and protections.
Bulwark-General magic defence/survivability vs high burst mages.
Magi's- Getting cc'ed 20 times a second? That's why this item exists.
Masamune- Ok amount of power with a little bit of mixed protections for arena since you're always near 5 people when fighting.
Pestilence- More anti heal/mag def if needed in any game mode.
Hide of the Nemeon Lion- For use against multiple hunters/crit builds.
Midgardian Mail- Same as above,more focused on countering high attack speed rather than crit.

Last item situational.
Thorns-Must have vs multiple hunters/crit build physicals.
Beads- Its beads its the best all around active in the game.
Aegis- Vs very high burst comps/ enemy teams with no tank.
Horrific- Aggressive option for slowing down target/enemy team when you engage as well as reducing their damage when upgraded.
Phantom Veil- Counters Odin ult. Not needed on fenrir but can be used to help teammates who do not have a jump escape the cage.

For the jungle build, consider Ancile before Mantle of Discord, depending on the situation. I'm also not too sure aboutthe tankrir jungle. Have you had success with it?
You also listed Armored Cloak instead of Hide of the Urchin for your situational items.
For relics, im not too sure about horrific emblem, thorns, and phantom. What do you think about blink rune?
