Look, this isn't a serious build, DO NOT USE IF YOU DESIRE TO WIN YOUR GAMES. But it is, however, a fun challenge.
DO YOU EVER FEEL LIKE YOU JUST DON'T HAVE ENOUGH GOLD?
DO OTHER PLAYERS JUST HAVE MORE ITEMS THAN YOU?
ARE YOU TIRED OF THE SAME OL ITEMS EVERY GAME?
WELL, IF YOU ANSWERED YES TO ANY OF THOSE QUESTIONS THEN THIS IS BUILD FOR YOU!!!
Simply put, all you have to do is buy the cheapest possible option in every slot and whenever you receive an item from your passive, do not sell it, instead build the cheapest option on that tree. For an extra special challenge, make sure you never let one of your passive items come in as 500 gold or boots since that would be wasting gold. The "late game items" are there for when you sell your boots/upgrade your starter item. Or maybe don't sell your boots and commit to the meme.
