Been a while since I've played. Use to be highly addicted to this game, and had to quit because I placed too much time in it. I'm just having fun making theoretical builds and have not tested.
cabrakan theoretically deals the most damage from abilities even more so than Anubis. The percentage of damage he deals in abilities alone is 800 percent of his magical power assuming that he hits with all of his earth quake. Building him with low health, high defense, high life steal, and medium atk power is ideal as it will allow him to deal large amounts of damage with sustain. If players try to run away, the gem of isolationism will slow them. If players try to attack, it pops mantle of discord and stuns. I'm not really sure how typhons fang works, but from my understanding it grants 25% of the physical life steal you have as magical power. giving a large power and lifesteal ratio.
