Always start transcendence no matter what and NEVER buy glad shield on chaac. I REPEAT.... NEVER!
If you're up against a magical solo, you will absolutely own them with this build. Just get some aggressive wards and always stay on the offense.
You will 1 shot anyone except tanks with ult+1+3+auto+2 combo.
Blink is necessary in this build for initiation. Blink+ult to initiate the teamfight.
This is an aggressive team carry build so always max your 2 after 1.

First of all, yes Chaac has great scaling on his abilities which pair well with Transcendence and Heartseeker, even more so the healing with caduceus shield. However, for all stages of the game, protections are inherently useful for a warrior because in lane protections out trade damage overall and later into a game yes you can heal but you will probably be blown up before you can use the heal.
So my suggestions here are not to rush Transcendence. I would build Warrior's Blessing into Reinforced Greaves which can amount to a lot of prots for you early game making up for what you're missing out, then building caduceus shield into Transcendence or the other way around depending on match. Next I would consider an option to replace shield of regrowth if I needed some more tankiness, such as Spirit Robe. Finally I would replace Reinforced Greaves after Elixir of Speed with Gauntlet of Thebes.
This would balance out your build much better, still dealing the damage and getting the heals from Transcendence, caduceus shield and Heartseeker, while still remaining tanky and annoying. I don't feel like The Crusher is a necessary late game fit when you really need the protections as a solo laner.
EDIT: One final little tip, I would start with his Torrent at level 1 because it deals more damage in the same AOE personally.
