All shots increase Poseidon's Tide on successful hit.

Poseidon releases the Kraken, damaging and Slowing targets in its radius. Enemies in the center of the effect when it spawns take additional damage, are Knocked Up and Stunned.

Nothing to say more, just true tips and combat tactic

Speed is MUST for Poseidon who dont have escape skills.
Your damage is attack speed based and its crazy if you run 2 with it.
So remember, start attacking enemy with basic attack (at last 3 times) to reduce his magical defence and fill tide bar. When its full and you are ready use 2 and continue attack, then use 3 to slow enemy and prevent him from using escaping skill.
Then finish him with 1. If he is still alive or anyhow escaped with dash/jump, use your ult.

Poseidon is similar with that to Freya AD build and if you seen it you surely know how destructible it is.

why do you have executioner. it makes no sense for me. your 2 have magical damage, not physical. so the item is really useless. same with rage, as magical damage cant crit. he is not like AD freya, freyas 1 and 2 have base attack with the magical damage, making the abilitis scale with both AD and AP. none of poseidons abilities scale with AD. so i cannot see any reason for this to work.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
