Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
SMITEFire is the place to find the perfect build guide to take your game to the next level. Learn how to play a new god, or fine tune your favorite SMITE gods’s build and strategy.

Edit: to clarify, guides start with a rating of 50%, and votes either take them above or below that score using the Bayesian average. This guide's score is below 50%, indicating most of the votes were downvotes (and yes, I am able to retrieve exact numbers as an admin, but it is not my place to share those publicly).
Basically the way this scoring system works is that it gets more accurate as more votes are cast and can build towards a "perfect" rating after a while.
The other reason a straight percentage doesn't work well, is that a guide with a lot of votes would be nearly impossible to dislodge from the #1 spot. If a guide has, say, 500 votes and then the author lets it get outdated or it's considered "bad" for some reason, individual downvotes wouldn't even dent the score. Likewise, a guide with a lot of downvotes that improves a lot and becomes a great guide would take ages to even get a passing score.
Straight percentage based voting systems really don't work well for ranking things unless you have a lot of votes to work with and the content doesn't change over time. Both of these conditions aren't met on SF, since many guides have lower vote counts and their score needs to update over time to reflect changes to the guide and to the game.
Also, to answer your question from my side, Kriega, no, I cannot see # of up/downvotes. This is for the admins only.
No offense, iforvard, although that's an interesting idea to try to get around the need for Boots, it's not a great one IMO.
One big reason, besides the first item hurting your DPS and ability damage for wave clear (you need power more than AS in the early game), is that you're building an AS-focused build, but you're completely missing the most important high-AS item for hunters, Qin's Sais.
This is far from the worst build I've seen (at least you have Exe in here, and you're not getting a solo crit item), but it just has some issues that prevent it from being something I could recommend. Really, you shouldn't avoid Boots. They're cost efficient for what they provide.
