Replace Spear of the Magus with Divine Ruin if Anti-Heal is needed.
Soul Reaver can be replaced with Divine Ruin for Anti-Heal.
Spear of Deso can be replaced by Soul Gem for sustain.
Max out your 1 and 2 first. Focus on your Ult next then your 3 last.
Made this guide since I saw the newest ones aren't that new.
I usually run the first build, it shreds anyone mid to late game.
The second build I'm still experimenting with, the 60% CDR on Discordia is chaos, you will be stunning enemies many times per team fight.
General Tips
-Obviously stay in the back most of the time, you can get your stun off from a decent distance to ward off ganks
-Also use your stun to save teammates if they're being chased
-If you go to the side of a minion wave you can use your 2 on the front and back minions
-Pay attention to when an enemy uses Aegis. Use your stun then 1 combo on them, then depending on the god, it's the only thing that can save them from your ult finishing them off.
-Save your 3 to either engage with your team or to escape a gank

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.

Cooldown is a M U S T with mages. I rest my case.
or, Pendulum > Warlock's > Divine > Coin > Reaver > Soul Gem/Myrddin/Estaff
Conduit build: Focus > Pendant > Divine/Warlock's/Magus > Shard > Reaver > Estaff/Myrddin/Tahuti
or, Focus > Pendant > Myrddin > Shard > Reaver > Estaff/Tahuti
Pythags could also work as a niche alternative to Soul Gem.
Also never go tier 3 bauble in mid. It sucks for damage dealing gods.
