this seems more of a late game build to be honest but still pretty good if your squad dont feed the whole time

I don't think I would double-down on lifesteal. IF I picked up (which I don't think I typically would for Fen), then I would opt for over . I'd probably not get Serrated anyway...you don't always use all of your abilities and so won't often get the full potential out of the item. On the flipside, if you went for more of a basic attack focus, then perhaps I'd get it.

In any case, before 8.9 hits, I would still opt for items like . Keep in mind also, this build set hasn't been updated since March...close to the beginning of the season.
