I like your very aggressive start, but I would recommend pairing it with sanctuary relic in case you goof up as you are less likely to encounter a lot of hard cc early game when you are the most liable to waste all the gold that you just spent on that damage pot. On a side note you forgot to put a fifth point into seething howl in your built order, but I get what you meant. In terms of the actual build unchained and brutalize are obviously more helpful, but I usually put a single point into seething howl after 1, 3, 3 early game for the sustain when taking buffs as your pot runs out. The item build is a really cool bruiser-style built though, and I love seeing hide of the Urchin on Fenrir.
