Sorry - just a build. No time to elaborate - it's a cheap build that scales quickly and will have you racking up kills in arena mode. Just be careful because you're squishy as all get out. At <14000, you'll more than likely max your items out every game. I regularly score 20+ kills and about I get First Blood in about 50% of my games. No boots so you have to rely on Fatalis - with Hastened Fatalis, your attack speed debuff is eliminated so you can really chase people down with your barrage of fireballs. This build will give you something like 1.94 attack speed with 40% lifesteal. If you max your items out and have the gold for it, you may want to sell Divine Wrath and replace it with Bancroft's Talon, Pythagorem's Piece, Chronos Pendant, or even Witch Stone if facing strong physical gods and would also like the extra movement and attack speed that it brings.
