Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
SMITEFire is the place to find the perfect build guide to take your game to the next level. Learn how to play a new god, or fine tune your favorite SMITE gods’s build and strategy.

That being said, running either glyph is very fun. Death glyph for cooldowns, and exe glyph for prolonged DPS
What makes this even tougher as you progress through the build is that you're getting Exe after it. You don't need that much pen that early if you're getting Dom first (which you shouldn't). If you're building Rage, you really should try to build it earlier than you are so you can start working on those stacks. I also wouldn't get Qin's, at least not in that position. When you're committing to those crits, you really should just go straight into DB. Qin's and crit aren't directly synergistic with their passives so Qin's could be a late-game pickup if you want. It seems like you're just sort of throwing various strong DPS items in whatever order rather than understanding a more optimal build path.
You could keep or sell DT. if you keep it, Temper is best when you have Asi and lower AS. Otherwise, you could sell it and pick up Qin's in that position.
In the end, a much better build flow utilizing all of these items would be something like DT (Temper) -> Asi -> Rage/Exe -> Exe/Rage -> DB (Envenomed) -> Qin's. Alternately, you could do something like DT -> Asi -> Exe -> Demon / Bladed -> DB (Envenomed) -> Dom (upgrading DT to Temper late) or instead of Dom, get the other of Demon/Bladed, and finish up by selling DT for Qin's.
You really should be getting a starter again. Don't know why you'd avoid going something like Bluestone Pendant.
Heartseeker is another item in a high power / pen build that you'd probably pick up, and again, this gives you % pen. Also consider Hydra's Lament...another item with CDR and % pen.
Here, you could go for a Jotunn's build, something like Bluestone (Brooch late) -> Jotunn's -> Hydra's -> Crusher -> HS -> Brawler's. If you wanted lifesteal, you could switch out Jotunn's for SE. I'm not sure Trans is an optimal item for him, but if you insist on Trans, then maybe Bluestone (Brooch late) -> Trans -> SE -> Hydra's -> Crusher -> HS, or skip SE and get Brawler's or Jotunn's whenever. These are all just ideas, but I would definitely reconsider the pickup of Trans, Asi, and TB in your builds.
