Introduction

These are builds ive used in most of these situations but dont rely on them , remember its all about what your vsing and how to beat them
Relics , im putting relics in my intro because they are very important , never get TP is uselesss on Tyr you dont need it , TP is completely useless late game no point in getting it unless you really want it
Top 3 relics
Blink
Horrific Emblem
Shield of Thorns

Why Horrific Emblem why not , when you engage with your ultimate most of the time people are going to get it or not so useing Emblem after ulti gives your team the ability to get a kill and possible team wipe
Why shield simple anubis is a god and most of the time mages can shut you down very easily if you arent smart

Finally Blink , oh blink its the best relic for Tyr hands down blink helps to ensure a kill or to help you team catch up to the enemy team buy blinking and Horrific emblem the enemy

Pros / Cons

i may be very new to Tyr but understanding his pros and cons is also both helpful and simple

Pros
Tanking
good cc
initiator
Escape master
Good dmg in combo chain

Cons
switchign stances can reduce dmg and mess up combos if dun wrong
Long CDs
Tyr has a few cons due to his capabilites to switch a fight into his favour so play smart and dont get to aggro , but do get aggro in lane its one of your biggest Pros i didnt mention he can easily heal for 20% of his HP from his 2

Skills

Skills, for tyr he is the bruiser king who will most likely bully you in lane which is his goal , but dont get to aggro early due to your high cc dont spam your 1 when its up its only for fighting and clearing waves,
Ability 1
use this to clear the wave via walking to the ranged creeps and 1 them into the enemy melee and then into your creeps so you have creep advantage on the enemy if they choose to auto/skill hit you
Ability 2
your toast to your bread, use this to clear the wave after your 1 then use def stance to heal if youve been aggroed by ranged/ enemy god
Ability 3
Switching stances is your main combo activation initiating with your def 1 and def 2 will give you a heal and knock up , but switch as soon as you def 2 the enemy then attack 1 and 2 do maximize dmg done
Ultimate
Ah yes the big **** slam xD
this ability is your best friend escape or engage is always good but dont be afraid to use it to clear a big creep wave thats on your tower , TRUST me its saves your tower and mosst off the time you can escape without it

Though I was able to understand your build, I recommend you adjust it a bit. There's a giant difference between "Build Example" or "Full build example" and "Core items".

Nice job, much better to see and understand!!!

I just think you are investing too much in power when you should go for defenses as well. You normal build (vs balanced comps) seems much more like a JG or Non Conquest Build than properly Solo build.
