Alright, this is a good choice for supp. Some adjustments necessary though.

You don't need to put Spectral in your main build (though it's probably > 50% chance that you'll face an ADC w/ crits. That said, if using that in the build rather than as a situational option, you might want to title it Basic Tank / Anti-Crit.
I personally don't like Pridwen in any of the builds, or to be used in general right now. It can be okay for some, but there are a plethora of items w/ CDR (Prophetic, Spirit, Shogun's, Breastplate, Caduceus, Gladiator's, Lotus, Magi's) which all situationally will be more functional / provide better utility. When you land and the passive shield would kick in, you typically don't need the shield all that much. Your 2 main uses of your ult are to 1) drop in on enemies, and you're probably going to do that with full health or close to. 2) You're using it as an emergency escape, and you're creating distance and landing (hopefully) somewhere the enemy isn't. In either case, Prid's passive is sorta meh.
Your Sub Tank build is overcapped on CDR by 20%. Suggest dropping Prid, changing BoD to Spirit, and grabbing Shogun's or something else in place of Prid. (Note again, suggest dropping Prid everywhere).
Contagion still sorta meh. One thing you could consider very situationally would be to be more aggressive and grab BBS if you need anti-heal. The other option if you really need anti-heal would be to get Ankh as your 2nd relic.
Situational items should include Spirit Robe, and I would drop Mantle. You seem to underrate Spirit, and it's quite a solid item. Again, you should have Shogun's at least as situational. You should also add Binding, since he can apply the passive easily and it gives a bunch of health.
You might consider switching Prophetic and Thebes.
