Currently What I run.

Silver Branch I am still unsure on. Often I don't use her steroid in team battles if I have Qin's Sais because I can clear the carry behind the tank while shredding the tank. Any suggestions would be great. Often I like to go any of the alternatives for Anti-Heal and enjoy it but people often complain I drop it.

Sometimes I skip Jotunn's especially in a casual opting straight for Devourer's Gauntlet or Atalanta's bow if I plan to get that instead of ASI or Qin's Sais
