Build 1 is stronger than build 2 but I thought i would include 2 as it allows you to go into things that are not life steal first. Going attack speed with a bow and qins allows you to deal sustained damage against a tankier team comp. Fatalis is an option and gives you more mobility and chase potential but generally slows your build. Poison star can be built instead of wind deamon and gives more utility in team fights. Swap Warrior Tabi for Ninja Tabi late game as you benefit more from the attack speed.
Generaly with both builds you will want to get to late game where you will be doing big damage with lots of crits.
As far as abilities go I prioritise my 1 and 2 for clear since 3 and your ult are mostly for escape/chase.
