Many people underestimate the raw potential of Jing Wei. But with built in crit chance and attack speed up to 25% Jing Wei is a true killer. This build is centered around physical power and attack speed. (Only one crit item is nessicary with your self buff.) You're abilitis here are used less for damaging enemies, and more for self buffing your basic attack. You want to use your gust along with your dash to blitz the target, this will grant you 25% more attack speed, and will prevent your basic attacks from falling prey to any debuffs the target may have up their sleave. As soon as you make the long dash you have 5 seconds of extra attack speed, so pop your crit buff fast and lay it into the enemy. With this build your will often crit 700+ depending on the target. And with great mobility Jing Wei can dash, and fly her way out of almost anything. While her ult, is a great damaging ability, I find it comes more in handy as an escape. This build is all about the basic, so you're ult should be looked at more as a means of escape, or closing in on a fleeing enemy. Once the full build is complete, with the help of camps and potions, Jing Wei can crit for over 1000 frequently.
