You want to start with Warrior's Blessing to be able to sustain effectively in lane. You also want to start with tier 1 of boots, so that you can rush Warrior Tabi after backing to base. The Chalice of Healing is extremely good as it refills, and you want to be able to sustain as much as possible with Osiris. The mana potions are only for the start, as Osiris' mana in the early game is not great.
Here, you may want to build a Gladiator's Shield, or a Berserker's Shield, depending on how you prefer to play Osiris. I personally prefer to pick up Gladiator's Shield as it is extremely good on Osiris' low cooldowns. After Gladiator's Shield, you may want to build Sovereignty if they have physical damage gods. You could also start magical protections, but I find the protections and health from physical defense items is enough to fight against magical dealers. Instead of Sovereignty, you could also go for a Mystical Mail to burn down your opponents.
Genji's Guard is extremely good on Osiris as the passive helps you gain an edge on your opponents during a fight.
Shifter's Shield is really strong on Osiris and goes well with his passive, because Osiris engages in a fight with a BANG. Then, if he drops below half health, he becomes tankier, and his fragments from passive allow him to be even tankier because he mitigates a lot of damage.
Hide of the Nemean Lion is also very strong on Osiris, especially if there are auto attackers on the enemy team. It gives protections and a source of damage. This item is perfect for running down your squishy opponents.
These are just examples of situational items. the Kusari is great if some allies also benefit from attack speed, and it is also good against high CC enemy comps. Void Shield is perfect againt physical enemy gods. This should be picked up if you can. Winged Blade is an easy and cheap counter to slows. Witchblade is perfect against auto attack based gods. Frostbound Hammer is a bit more of a troll option as it is not often worth to build it, but it is funny and it helps you stick to your opponents easily (not that you need to, with all the slows in his kit). Another item that helps him stick to opponents is Hastened Katana. Masamune can work well with Osiris, especially when the enemy team is often grouped up. Finally, a Midgardian Mail can be very effective against auto attack based characters. There are many more situational items that you could go for, but this kind of knowledge just comes with experience, so I will only list the last two which work really well with Osiris. You can build Oni Hunter's Garb or Spirit Robe on Osiris, as their passive fit perfectly with Osiris' passive, gaining bonus damage mitigation. This is extremely good on Osiris, and it makes him an absolute monster to deal with.
Shell and Med are both relics that are good on Osiris, however; recently, Meditation has become more worth as it gives an early sustain boost and allows for a lot of early pressure for your whole team. Thorns is great on Osiris as it is exactly what you want as an Osiris. You want to reflect as much damage as you take, because you can withstand a **** ton of damage, so why not reflect some of it at the same time. Sprint is pretty straight forward, it is a situational relic. So, only pick Sprint against enemy team comps that require it, like a Cupid ult for example.

Before stating anything, I just want to say that Osiris is my favourite god, and he is the god on which I have the most masteries. He is extremely fun to play once you have figured out how he works, and is secretly very strong in joust. For one, he has the most tankiness any warrior could attain at level 3 due to his insane passive, which can mitigate up to 18 percent of damage taken. Not only is he incredibly tanky, he is constantly poking enemies until they reach a certain threshold which makes it possible for Osiris to start fragging! I apologize if this guide is not long, it really does not serve Osiris justice, however; the most important thing is to use the items I have given you in the build and start learning how to play Osiris. He is not easy to play at first, so it will take a while to get good with him. In my first 500 worshippers on Osiris, I had no clue what I was doing. I would often build full attack speed, crit, or even bloodforge. It is a good meme... but once you reach a higher level of play with Osiris, you can be a true menace to the enemy team by building what he actually needs. You will realize that you will end up doing just as much damage with my build. The only difference is that you will have a significantly higher amount of damage mitigated. So, don't give up on Osiris because he is great and BROKEN AF in joust!!!
As Osiris, the easiest way to win a game is to snowball off of 1 or 2 kills in your name. With a slight edge on levels, it is very hard to fight against an Osiris. He is a perfect counter to auto attack based characters and fares extremely well in Joust, as he has a lot of early damage. Osiris has one of the highest, if not the highest, stats for damage at level 3. He will out damage any warrior at level 3, except maybe a Cu Chulainn in his passive form.
On Osiris, build:
- Protections
- Health
- CDR
- Team Fighting Relics
- Damage from Boots and/or shield items
