How to make this character work

As far as I can tell this character is one you play if you want to prove you are simply better. Her abilities aren't vey good for 1v1s so by playing her you have committed to being a puss. There are a few ways to make her work and they differ heavily at different points in the game:

Early game: Don't die. Just like characters like Rama the early game of this character is essential and needs to be treated as such. If you die and give the opposing ADC a lead it will cause you to play for ganks and tower until mid game. Her 1 and 2 will both have to be used for lane clear so keep your 3 to jump away if the enemy ADC gets too close. If you dislike being forced into this playstyle then you are going to want to look for a different build.

Mid game: If you enter mid game the same or higher level then your fellow man this is where things get spicy. If you are a confident player then you can start to use jing wei's 1,2, and 3 to jump and kill your opponent. You start off by popping your 2 and waiting out the cooldown, after that jumping into your 1 to get the 40% atk speed buff will get you crit and atk speed, this is massive. then once in the air you use your 3 to jump the other ADC and deal some damage. If this doesn't kill them this is where your ult comes in. If you hit them with your ult at this point they should die, if not it is a good enough chase that you can follow up.

Late game: Late game is the same as mid game except most characters can be killed with a much simpler combo. If you use your 1 while an enemy is running at you and then simply kill them while there in the air, you win. Its a simple spell but quite unbreakable. This frees up your 3 as a run to prevent yourself from being jumped. Use this and basic sense and your good to go.

Have fun and troll :)

I have plowed in my first match. Wish me luck on the employment in game 2

Don't go Mana Chalice, Transcendence or Malice on Jing Wei.

For your current build i'd advise changing the build order to Gilded (Ornate), Devo's, Wind, Exe, Fail-Not, Deathbringer. I feel like that has a better curve than the current build.

Also Jing 3 should be maxed before Jing 2. And add Qin's Sais to alternative items.

Where would you recommend subbing Qin's sais?

Depends on the build path, if you go Devo's, then sub Fail-Not for it. If you go, say, Gilded (Ornate), Crusher, Asi, Wind, Dominance, Deathbringer, then i'd sell Crusher lategame for it.

You'd probably replace Fail-Not for Qin's. Probably pick up DB in the 5th spot, and grab Qin's last would be my suggestion.

I don't really know why I had her 2 before her 3...

I like the build. Although I’d replace exe with atalantas since that would be 30% pen which is good enough for pen. or get attack speed anti heal since it has some flat pen and is good against gods that heal

I considered adding shadowsteel or toxic blade for anti heal instead of executioners but I haven't got around to testing the effects in game
