Arachne can only have 3 Web traps or projectiles active at a time.

bumbas mask is a no brainer for any jungler no explanation needed
warrior tabi because Arachne needs a lot of power in her attcks to be effective and warrior tabi acheives just that
ichival is great because it not only augments your attack speed but you steal power from the god you are murdering gives you penetration and increases your survivability against your enemy jungler
asi furthers your attack speed and penetration and gives you enough lifesteal to box your way to victory
shifter shield gives you a ridiculous power/protection increase to pretty much guarantee victory in any 1v1 encounter
jotuns wrath again for a great power boost penetration and for some cdr I think all physical gods need this item personally

depending on how you are doing and what challenges you are facing determines your last item I suggest most of the time going for stone cutting sword but the other options are good as well I just like the greif build so I like to steal whatever I can

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
