Kulkulkan was my first diamond god. I spent many hours trying to make a build that would both provide me with some ability to tank hits and drop my kit a lot. This build is expensive but will allow you to do that and use Kulkulkan's passive to its fullest potential. At full build you will have almost maximum cooldowns, unlimited manna, and huge power. We replace the boots at the end of the build because you cooldown will allow you to use slipstream almost continually making boots unnecessary and opening up a slot for polynomicon which we get for the lifesteal but more importantly it's passive.
