The War Flag is an offensive starter item, and that's the approach you should take. The Cloak provides you with much-needed protection to punish the enemy gods. As you attempt to throw the Nene Kappa at enemy gods and the minion lane as often as possible, you'll require those potions to replenish your HP since minions will be targeting you. The multi-potion should be sufficient to restore your mana (which you'll use frequently because Kuzenbo is a ability-spam God).
The Blink Rune is a powerful tool in the early game. If you are under pressure, you can use Blink + Sumo Slam to push enemies directly toward your tower. Even if you are not under pressure, you can retreat a bit just to get enemies closer to the tower. Even if you can't secure kills inside the tower, forcing them to take 1-2 tower hits is almost a guaranteed kill.
The Horn Shard is the best shard you can choose. It will be helpful in certain situations when you need an instant cooldown reduction.
Whenever you return to base, make an effort to purchase at least 2 wards and 3 multi-potions, with a priority on the wards if there is none on your lane.
This build offers a 40% Cooldown Reduction, allowing you to use your non-ultimate abilities every 3-4 seconds (this cooldown can be further reduced with the Spike Shell effect). This enables you to push, slow enemies, reflect damage, and spin around (using your ultimate) frequently, which will undoubtedly disrupt the opposing team – that's your role!
The Blink rune can be used in various situations, such as ganking, ambushing, defending, initiating team fights, and more. Specifically, the Scorching Blink Rune is the optimal choice for Kuzenbo. The trail of fire it leaves on the ground can inflict significant damage when combined with Sumo Slam,
The Thorns of Judgement is a valuable addition to Kuzenbo's Spike Shell. When used effectively, the combination of thorns and spikes can make you solely take down a squishy enemy and occasionally even eliminate them faster than your solo.

First, you should prioritize upgrading Nene Kappa, as it will serve as your primary source of damage and wave-clearing during the early-mid game. After that, focus on upgrading Shell Spikes and Sumo Slam with no specific order, as both of them are equally important to level up during the mid-to-late game. Upgrade your ultimate ability whenever is possible.

As soon as possible (level 15), you must upgrade your starter item to War Flag. Pay attention to the prophetic cloak stacks and try to acquire them as quickly as possible, as when they are fully stacked, they will provide you with a significant defense boost, in addition to offering aura protection for your teammates.
The Pridwen is the most synergistic item in your build. It will enable you to dive into the enemy team and use your ultimate skill without any concerns, as it will provide a shield for a brief moment after your ultimate and deal some damage. If you desire extra survivability after casting your ultimate skill, consider upgrading Pridwen into Reverent Pridwen instead.
The Relic Dagger is another crucial item, as it will allow you to use your relics more frequently, and relics are incredibly potent when paired effectively with some of Kuzenbo's abilities.
If the enemy team is dealing too much physical damage, consider choosing Emperor's Armor, Midgardian Mail, Sovereignty, or Contagion.
Choose Emperor's Armor if your team is losing and needs to siege through the enemy's towers and structures. Midgardian Mail is a great choice when the enemy team has two or more Auto Attack-based Gods. Sovereignty should be chosen when your team lacks tanky characters, such as when your Solo laner is a mage or a hunter instead of a warrior. Contagion is an anti-heal item, which is self-explanatory.
If the enemy team has too much magic damage, consider building Oni Hunter's Garb or Pestilence.
Oni Hunter's Garb will turn you into a fortress, as its passive grants you 12% mitigation when there are three or more enemy gods around you. Pestilence is an anti-heal item.
If the enemy team is a balanced team or if your team is doing well against their damage dealers, consider building Stone of Binding or even go for a damage item instead.
The final item in our build is a damage item. The Curseweaver will provide the damage boost you need, making you a formidable threat to enemy squishies. If you find yourself needing additional tankiness (although if you're playing correctly, you shouldn't), you can opt for a 6th item from the 5th item list (just be careful not to purchase both anti-heal items, as their auras do not stack).
