Easy First Choices, This will all be affordable under the budget you start out with. Olorun is a basic attack god so getting hunters blessing gives you more power in his basic attack, and makes him deal more damage early on. Make sure to get the blessing and one of the chalices then get boots. You'll only get the first level but it uses all your money and helps you get started.
Depending on what you're going up against these relics will work best. The way I usually decide is by looking at my enemy team, and then if they have heavy CC I get beads. Otherwise I always start with the cloak to make sure I can save either myself or a teammate in a pinch. As for the second relic I usually get the beads or meditation cloak, or if I'm getting destroyed I will get Aegis so I can survive an ult or two.
Olorun and Rings are basically synonymous at this point. The rings give him increased attack and movement speed, and also offer some great bonuses for those tougher enemies. The best one is Telkhines Ring because it adds a significant amount of damage to the basic attack. Make sure to get at least two rings if not all three.
These items are great for after you get the rings, as they give the much needed power for your passive, and give benefits. Bancroft's is great because of the attack power and life steal, and the scaling helps you out of narrow situations. The Spear gives power and penetration which helps against enemies that build magic defense. The Rod gives a large amount of power, and otherwise isn't very useful, don't get it unless you don't need penetration at all.
These items are secondary but still good to mention. The Rod can give your healing a little kick while also giving you some more health and movement speed. The books combine well to give you some extra magic power as well as a "get the hell out of dodge" shield for when you get jumped a lot and almost escape. Only get the books if you're dying a lot.
Get this after you've bought everything. Once you get this and use it you can sell the boots and replace them with another item you're needing more. At this point also look into selling your blessing for another item from the above categories.
This is my first guide, and it's based on my own experience. I put it together to be more of a loose guide and not straightforward. This hopefully will help people figure out how to build and play Olorun, and help me get better at making guides. Let me know if there's anything I can add in to make it better.

Alright. I took that into account and updated. There wasnt a build on here to give an example, so I added one, and I removed the rod of asclepius because it makes sense to not use. I think I need to add in some defensive items to consider but that can all be done later.
