Of course you could use a number of different builds with Medusa, but this is what I use the most.
The reason I use attack speed boots is for the early game attack speed boost. Not only is it cheaper, it also makes a slight difference in early game clears.
Of course, instead of transcendence you could use devourer's gauntlet, but starting with morningstar gives an early game power boost.
I just love Asi. Period.
With the new buff, Rage is flat-out OP. For example, the meta for Mercury is go straight from boots into rage because it's so good.
Since Fatalis is so expensive, I like to use Executioner sometimes because it's much cheaper and it serves the purpose of creating rapid-fire autos.
You could definitely swap Deathbringer with Malice, but I just like Deathbringer better. Doesn't matter much. On a side note, people use wind demon. Yes it's much cheaper, and it does give some attack speed. Knock yourself out and play with it, most of it is personal preference.
Now I know a lot of people use Qin's. Here's the reason why I don't. IT'S EXPENSIVE. There's no use for Qin's on an auto build. If you want to build crit for autos, then there's no need for the extra power. Executioner gives more attack speed instead of power, but it's much cheaper, and with the crit items, it will do a lot of damage. If you want to build ability-based then by all means use Qin's.
Well this is one of the builds that works the best for me, so knock yourself out :)
Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
