In all honesty, I think mage builds are the hardest to screw up, however wrong I might be. Morgan loves cooldown, which is probably the most important thing to remember when grabbing items for her. You'll want to craft your build accordingly for each game you play, but if no serious counter building is needed, then something like this will work fine most of the time.
This is just a possible build to go with if you're willing to spend a while stacking. I don't really use this build, but it's alright.
There's definitely other items that work just as well or perhaps even better than these items, but these are ones I usually end up going for.
It's kinda hard to go wrong with this classic pair, right?
Maxing out your first ability is the way to go, but after that it becomes more based on your own preference. Personally I like prioritizing dragonflight after sigil mastery, but you can go for whatever works best for you.
Want a lower cooldown knock-up for general safety/better combo damage into your sigil? Max out your second ability second.
Want better poke and movement speed? Max out your third ability second.
Oh yeah, and put points into your ultimate whenever possible.
My favorite build to go on Morgan Le Fay. Works fine in solo and any non-conquest mode. Your last item depends on whether you want to become a true tank or if you want to deal even more damage. Brawl with tanky opponents, delete squishier enemies, and dish out all that sweet Morgan CC with the safety of your (not) natural thiccness.
I've used this a few times. It's okay I guess.
Most of these items kinda mess with the flow of the two hybrid builds here, but then again, you can mold your build to your own liking. These items are nice, but I'm sure you'll also have your own items and agenda.
You can still always get beads of course, but...blink...

This whole thing isn't too in-depth because I mainly just wanted to share some fun builds for Morgan Le Fay. I have her at rank ten with two stars, but I'm not claiming to be some official authority on how to play this character by any means.
Morgan Le Fay feels like she can perform very well as both a reliable damage/spam type mage and a tanky hard-to-kill CC queen. Seriously, she knocks you around like a warrior or a guardian.
Now you may ask, "Why not just go full damage 100% of the time? Why go for a hybrid build?".
I have an answer to that question.
It's fun.
Not a lot of people expect you to be carrying a complete dumpy of a build either.
