She's a pretty straight forward character. There's a lot of CC in arena and with it being pure team fights, you will get a ton of use out of Contagion. Couple that with Spirit Robe so that you mitigate from the CC and it's free real estate. Her 2 is used for your sustain. The 3 will proc Manticore's Spikes. Using this build you should routinely do 35k+ damage and mitigate 60k+. I find it's really good with sustain and also does good damage due to contagion plus Mulan is just naturally good with her abilities. Hope this helps someone and you find some use out of it. :)
