Late Game you can Trade out Ichiaval to Odysseus's Bow
Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
SMITEFire is the place to find the perfect build guide to take your game to the next level. Learn how to play a new god, or fine tune your favorite SMITE gods’s build and strategy.

I'm not a Nem player, but I'd say your damage build looks fine.
For your attack speed build, I don't think I'd get Asi (though it can be helpful for boxing and it fits your "attack speed" motif). I would mostly want to rely on the shield/heal for that burst of sustain/survivability, and get other damage items that have power and/or pen to get as much potential as possible. In that position, I think you might find Stone Cutting Sword to be helpful. The added MS will be nice, and since you can weave basics in-between ability use, you can get some nice stacking.
The situation where I would say Asi would be a more solid choice would be if you chose to go the route of Qin's Sais somewhere in the build. THEN you want as much AS as you can fit, to get the most out of the passive proc. But you're not building Qin's (which is fine)...so thus, a bit less focus on Asi. At least that's how I'd consider it.
Putting both The Executioner (good) and Titan's Bane (questionable) in the same build would be situational at best, and not the best example for a stock build. Remember that her ult steals protections, which is basically protection reduction. 30% is significant, on top of the 36% you get from Exe at max stacks, plus all the extra pen you may build. Although getting TB on top of that would make you a certified tank killer, you're going to see less returns against squishier gods. Instead...I'd probably drop Qin's into that position. Or leave it open for other situational items...
Speaking of situational items, none are listed. I always feel presenting 1 single build isn't the best. Give an example build, list some situational options, explain when to use those options and what you'd sub out. That gives the best direction.
And finally...PLEASE don't get crit on Nem. BLEH.
You don't need Hastened either on Nemesis if you know how to play her properly.
Should be seeing items like Void Shield, Bloodforge, Transcendence, Stone Cutting Sword, etc...
