Warrior Tabi is really necessary when you go back for the first time to the Fountain. So, if you can, try to buy the entire boots in your first backing.
Odin depends a lot on his CR (Cooldown Reduction), especially on early-mid game. Jotunn's Wrath is vital for Odin, even now that this item was buffed with an aditional +10 Physical Power.
Now, Dominance is a secret item for Odin, not just because of the good Physical Power and Mana sustain, but the good penetration the item gives to Odin's abilities and basic attacks. He'll hit hard.
Usually at this point you can pick your second relic. I like Shield of Thorns but you can pick any of your choice.
Arondight works just too well with Odin's Ultimate. When they are inside the Cage they will take 40 + 30% of your Physical Power which is very good. Also, provides +10% CR which Odin needs.
Now, late-game you will need power and more power. Heartseeker is a MUST for Odin's power build.
And I recommend Corrupted Bluestone for now as it gives good Physical Power and Burst (yet Bluestone Brooch will get a buff with an additional +200 health, which is tempting to try out on Odin)
Offensive Item Options:
Transcendence (High Power / Mana): Built early-game to mid-game to help build stacks. Provides high power and an almost unlimited supply of mana. I like how it works with Dominance for more power and mana.
Brawler's Beat Stick (Anti-Heal): If you're facing enemies with healing abilities, or the enemy is building a lot of lifesteal, this is your go to. I usually use it after my boots or I replace Dominance.
Titan's Bane (High % Penetration): This is your go-to penetration item that helps especially against tankier or heavy targets. I use it instead of Bloodforge.
Recent updates:
2020/2/9: Guide is current as of Patch 8.1, Odin's gotten some buff/nerfs.
Odin is, at this moment, on a very weird spot but using him right you'll destroy your opponents with his Bird Boom as Jungler. He's got strong early-to-mid game burst, good protections if used in Solo or Support, and a low CD (Cooldown Reduction). But as Jungler, he can be REALLY dangerous.
Strengths:
+ Strong early/mid-game control and damage
+ Great escape abilities
+ Good Gank capabilities
+ Strong teamfights control
+ Great ability Damage output
+ Low CD
Weaknesses:
- Ultimate is countered by Phantom or other escape abilities
- Damage falls off late game if not used in Burst damage
- Have to get in close to be good
- Very exposed to damage.
