The order in which you build all of your items doesn't necessarily matter. But once you have all of your items you can essentially have an assassin with a warrior's capabilities. Granted, I have yet to try the build myself, but me and a friend of mine spent an hour or two just putting this build together for you guys! Mix and customize as you see fit and enjoy playing this build! And if you play on Playstation, enjoy everyone on the enemy team messaging you afterwards and calling you a hacker. XD
Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.

Look, not trying to single you out. Just don't like to see builds published when you say that you haven't even tried it out.
FYI, Ravana is a hybrid-type bruiser Warrior. He likes CDR for ability use, but does a good chunk of his damage from basics. That said, you're doing it again...3x crit items + Qin's Sais. This isn't optimal for him. He generally likes SOME protections, and crit isn't the best offensive direction for him.
Qin's Sais does work on him if you go that route...his basic attack progression is 0.75 / 0.5 / 1.25, which means he'll get a couple of quick hits in, and Qin's passive appreciates that. You can thus do a lot of basic attack canceling to maximize damage. Basic, basic, ability, basic, basic, ability, etc.
Finally, don't like to see you say "the order in which you build all of your items doesn't necessarily matter." This is so far from the truth...order absolutely matters, as well as item choices to fit the situation. Warriors typically get a lot of function out of counter-building the enemy, and this is a 100% glass cannon build. Not sure what mode you're playing, but this is just not suggested for Conquest (or pretty much any other mode, unless you're going YOLO because you have other tanks on your team).
