You can replace Magic Shell with any other sustain starting relic. I just find it the best one to start with. If you find you are running out of mana too quickly buy Mediations Cloak of you and your allies mana and health sustain.
Shoes of Focus are important early game to give you more mana to play with, but if you need to be more tanky go with Reinforced Shoes.
Rod Of Asclepius and lotus crown can be bought in any order.
Focused mainly on healing using wisps and adding Protections to Team mates. Verdant Growth to stall out opponents and rooting them for Carry to kill off.
Wisps for Level 1 as protections to loose as little HP at the purple buff at the start of the game. pop it just before the buff becomes active and tank for the Carry.
Level 2 get Verdant Growth to throw one behind you and your Team mate as when fully grown they become a good source of MP% to out sustain your Opponents.
If you start at Red and then head over to to Purple Buff go this start.
Less sustain early game but more EXP.
Use Hand Of Gods without attacking on the Red then run straight over to purple to to help clear. this is where tier two boots is most important to waste as little time running through jungle as possible.
Shoes of Focus are important early game to give you more mana to play with, but if you need to be more tanky go with Reinforced Shoes.
Rod Of Asclepius and lotus crown can be bought in any order.
