Build Item Thickbark Acorn Thickbark Acorn
Build Item The Sledge The Sledge
Build Item Gauntlet of Thebes Gauntlet of Thebes

Notes Depends how safe or aggressive you want to be.
Personally I'd usually pick the Relic dagger so that I can get more use out of my Relics; the extra health and movement speed is also a great reason to pick it up.

Notes If you plan on getting more damage later in the build then I'd suggest spending the extra on the Mantle here.

However if you plan on being a little more tanky then get the Spirit Robe now, and more prots later.

Relics

Notes I usually always pick up the Horrific 1st.

If the enemy team has a lot of healing then you will get alot of value out of Cursed.

Sundering spear doesn't get enough love in my opinion, great to have Vs Nike, but also the extra damage enemies take from upgraded sundering.

About

This is honestly one of my favourite ways to play Conquest, if you're looking to do one or all of the following then I highly recommend trying this out:

Have a Tonne of fun

Carry from support

Impact the game from as soon as Lvl 5

Become the teams playmaker and set up kills for
days.

Your objective is to basically get to level 5 as fast as possible and then leave the duo lane, it's so important to not fall behind in the early game because you will struggle do anything from behind, so just take it easy.

Once you have your ult you're going to really just be ulting on cooldown, just make sure you're coordinating with your team and you're going to be picking up kills easy.
