Devo's isn't really needed with hunters Cowl based on a few Conditions -
1.) You have Healers in your team making up for the lost Lifesteal
2.) You have a Support / Mage using Pythags piece gifting you an extra 10% lifesteal *See Synergy tab*
3.) You're using a God With natural lifesteal in their kit to make up for the lost 15% lifesteal (or at least some of it) - Cernunnos is the best example that I can think of here.
4.) You're playing with a heavy healer comp and expect the enemy team is going to Buy a lot of Anti heal.
5.) You're playing vs Gods with Anti heal in their kit - Odin, Osiris, Sobek, Serquet, Cerberus Etc.
So this build was Designed To Shred Enemies as fast as possible -
I've done some testing in Jungle practice and compared this to other "Meta" Builds, and the results were that this build Outperformed any other build that I tested in terms of Pure DPS -
I had my Friend Join and use a fairly Standard Support Build on Ymir,(Sentinels Embrace, Thebes , Sovereignty, Relic Dagger, Shoguns Kusari & Mantle of Discord).
On average It was taking between 4.5 - 5.5 Seconds to kill the tank, Nothing else really came anywhere close to this.
