This Build is for casual games, Warlock is build because it provides tankyness and a great amount of power, you can't trust your team mate to protect you all the time, so build a bit of health is necessary.
Also the low penetration build have exactly 30 penetration, so you can still do full damage to all the mages in the game except Hades and Zhong Kui.
Poly is added to the build because scylla's burst does exactly a bit lower than the Maximum health on some junglers and hunters, and scylla's attack cancel chain is very smooth. Poly can help you a lot late gamely.
Also, Abilities ranking is simple, 2 always first, 1 second. Skip level 8 upgrading, then in level 9 you get to level your 2 and 4. The pros is that you get 20 mp from max your ability, and you made your ult hits 100 damage harder.
