Purchase war flag as your starter to increase you and your duo partners early damage output and attack speed. Benevolence as your starter (to purchase late game animosity) also synergizes well.
Rush runeforge hammer for cheesy early kills with the cc you can provide your team. This also provides HP5 and MP5, something tank Danzaburou struggles with a lot in the early game. Rushing frostbound hammer for extra cc from your auto slows is also acceptable here.
NOTE: If you are facing a high-pressure duo lane (ex. Sylvanus and Skadi) you will most likely need to spam your taunt to peel. If that's the case, swap out healing pots for multi pots.
Leveling alluring spirits first gives you more sustain and makes the opposing team have to auto more to "break" their teammate out of the taunt.
Level fools good second to allow the intoxication to last longer.
Level tanuki trickery third to increase movement and escape.
Level ultimate (uproarious rocket) last because it offers no utility outside of damage, and the stun time stays the same regardless of the level.

Lonos Mask: If you are being burst too quickly
Winged Blade: If there are a vast amount of slows (ex. Chaac)
Relic Dagger: To use your peeling relics more often.
Pestilence: For antiheal
Sovereignty: If you fall behind and do not have time to stack Gauntlet of Thebes, purchase this in place of Thebes.
Spirit Robe: If you are getting cc chained with lots of follow up damage (ex. Ares ult into Kukulkan ult).
Spectral Armor: If the enemy carry has is building critical chance.
Belt of Insatiable Hunger/Belt of the Berserker: Works well with movement speed in ability 3. Good on objectives.
Drowned Ankh: If they have too much healing (example: Aphrodite, Hel)
Phantom Shell: If you are against Odin and your carries need out of his ultimate.

So I'm okay if you want to be aggressive w/ War Flag as a starter, as the situational AS is also nice when you're a hunter. That said, while you get lowered CD on your 2, I don't agree with maxing it before his 1. You're trying for a kill lane early, and the 1's damage is going to help you more than the 2, which is a bit hit or miss on applying the taunt (at least in my experience). In addition, the 1 is going to help when you rotate and hit the odd jungle camp for extra farm.
I like all the items in your standard build though, should work generally well. BUT...doesn't mean I like them all in the same build. You're overcapping CDR w/ BoV, Shogun's, and Prid. I'd probably drop Prid to free up space for another item with health, counter function, or other utility.
This hasn't been updated since patch 9.1, so I get the Med Cloak, but right now, it's obviously not so good and you'd probably go Shell or something. Would be cool if you updated.
