This build is meant for casual, not ranked unless you're 100% confident you know how to play him in a ranked Scenario.
This build is not for new players, it's a suggestive build for people who already know how to play and build Sylvanus.
After multiple games of Warrior supports, I've decided to toy with the idea of Sylvanus Solo. As I'm not the best with describing my reasoning, I'll just explain why I'm choosing these items.
Soul Stone - Sylvanus probably is the only god where Soul Stone can be instantly stacked. His Area of Effect basic attacks hit multiple enemies at once, fully stacking the item within 2-3 basic attacks, guaranteed.
Boots of the Magi - Allows extra damage right from the Get-Go. Helps to penetrate the early game Pestilence that's almost guaranteed for your Solo lane competition to build.
Rod/Shield - These items can be purchased in either order. I get a lot of negative comments about shield of regrowth, but it's probably of the best items that a healer can own. The 40% increase to movement speed and added health and sustain keeps Sylvanus alive even in the toughest situations. This also allows him to stay in lane significantly longer than almost any other god and even goes as far as allowing him to conitunally operate when he's denied his jungle buff. The newly added 20% cool down is also a very nice touch.
- Rod of Asclepius is a necessity to support his jungle and mid lane in early game team fights. The added damage also gives Sylvanus an early push against his competition.
Breastplate of Valor - Cooldown, Mana and Physical protections. A standard item for most Solo laners.
Polynomicon - Can we swapped with Book of the Dead or Bancroft's Talon. Lifesteal is a must for Sylvanus Solo. By this point he needs to be a BULLY. He needs to sustain, needs to do damage and recover quickly. You can easily proc it after you hit a full convo on an enemy. The Area of effect also helps you hit multiple people with the prof if you're lucky. By this point your basic attacks should be doing MAJOR damage.
Bulwark of Hope - More health, protections plus a handy shield when you hit low health. Defensive item that helps you hold a heavy team fight and take tons of damage. Also keeps you alive on your escape, or at least long enough for your team to catch up and give you assurance.
THIS BUILD IS NOT MEANT FOR NEW PLAYERS. IF YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU'RE DOING, DON'T BUILD THIS. YOU WILL FAIL AGAINST A GOOD OPPONENT IF YOU ARE INEXPERIENCED.
Also, I apologize for not being fancy with formatting, I'm typing this on my phone on a long train to work. You shouldn't need fancy colours and bright lights to read a few short paragraphs.
Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
