When you get to late game, Sell Shoes of focus and buy Shoes of magi Because when you buy Mantle of Discord you will be over capped on CDR.
If You want you can Buy Hide of the Urchin instead then you can keep Shoes of Focus.
What I do sometimes depending on the game, I will sell shoes of focus After I get Hide of the urchin and buy Shoes of Magi then buy a Power pot. It gives You CDR as well and you will Cap %CDR
