Bellona is the first god that I played, and I am a master at bellona. How good am I? The first game ever that I played with bellona, someone said "Bellona mvp". I've only gotten better and improved leaps and bounds from that fateful day. My best game with Bellona to date is a solid 24/0/19, where I even earned a penta with Bellona.
You want to start with warrior tabi, then trans for the power. Jotunn's and breastplate are to maximise the CDR so that the already short cooldowns become a nightmare for the opposing team. Shifter's shield is a double-edged ... well, shield. It puts out massive damage when you need it and massive protections when you need them. Finally, masamune gives you heaps of power, movement speed and protections.
You want to buy beads and sprint. These two are the best relics to go with Bellona.
