This is just a build that I think would work on her based on what ive read on her abilitys and her role. if her cooldowns are relatively low id probably swap out her cooldown items for tanky/semi damaging items like runic shield etc.hide of the urchin and her damage will be very good with this build, the pent from ichival and qin's allowing her to deal 4% with every basic attack and always either have a physical power buff or movement speed buff. Also, feel free to change the item order.
Pros: Great damage
Great support in teamfights
Has area damage, high sustain
A shield to reduce damage taken
Medium crowd control
Cons: may need to use the benevolence stance to catch anyone your trying to kill off with basic attacks since i did not include frostbound hammer in this build. ( enfeebling curse makes this not an issue :^).)
Need to know when the time is right for a certain stance or you will lose.
Ult stuns on the consecutive 3rd hit.
Cannot handle 2v1's or 3v1's this build is mainly for 1v1 or just supporting your team with the aura. DO NOT TRY AND TANK EVERYTHING, YOU WILL DIE.
Severely punished from 2v1 ganks if you dont places wards in your solo lane as high cc will ruin u since u have no beads.
Slightly bad early game.
(FOR SOLO LANERS)Now that ive actually tested this build ill say one thing, Max out your 2 earliest then the rest of her abilitys. her 2 will be your best waveclearing option and then your 3 to start attacking the enemy god after youve cleared the wave. i found her ult to be somewhat useless although there were times where it was helpful to get the enemy to back off or just shutdown the kill (its upgraded last since once u have it in team fights youll just use it to stun while u have the valor aura and that will give your team the edge you need to win the fight) . her 1, of course, change to get in lane quickly and valor to deal extra damage once ur in lane. dont forget that her 1 also heals her so once the waves clear you can just go back to tower switch stance quickly heal up, and switch back to valor to clear the next wave again.
In the comments i was told Amaterasu is mana hungry and needed transcendence, i found that transcendence wasnt necessary as i had my mana camp to give me mana and i had health and mana potions all the time so mana never became an issue for me , and i only really used skills when necessary.
Builds 1 and 2 sequence will remain the same,(FOR SUPPORTS): Build 3 will be different, max your 1 as early as possible to help your adc wave clear faster.
Keep in mind, if your doing support with amaterasu be sure to steal goldfury's with ur adc as much as possible.
Woah, id didnt expect bellona to be such a good counter to amaterasu , but it appears she is. In casuals if ur solo vs bellona, when ever bellonas in her shield stance, just back off. dont challenge her in that stance, its not worth it.whenever she throws out her hammer makes sure to silence her so that the 2nd hit doesnt land. ofc, in leagues conquest, banning bellona would be best to pick amaterasu and wreck solo.

What big advantages does bellona have aside from that? Is it just her great damage, cos Ammy seems pretty frail
It will up your own damage while lowering theirs, but I don't know if it would take the place of another item comfortably.
I have yet to face an osiris, and ravana ive face before. he can be abit of a problem early game but mid game hes easy to deal with if you got a good jungler ganking with you.

2 items with attack speed r good for her cause u rely on auto attacks in 1v1, and they really shred people. Amaterasu is very interesting. I think her place is in solo lane. Her ult is awesome but hard to lane in 1v1, cause almost all solo gods have escape, still if u bait there escape, u may even dive under tower with ult at lvl ~7 and destroy ur enemy.
Wanna try to stand against Osiris and Ravana, cause it seems to be very hard cause u cant interrupt their skills and they have great auto attack potential

Ancile just works for her, gives power, it gives magical defense, it gives the other 15% cooldown amaterasu needs. and the stacks at max give her 250health in the end.
Overall, just makes her more tanky and deal more damage while having 40% cooldown.
i somehow managed to make this build work in support. it was abit iffy and i wasnt doin so well early on but i managed to win the game. i first got death toll, then warrior tabi, and instead of ichaival, built breastplate of valor and hide of the urching , then built ichaival, ancile and finally qin's.
I dont recommend doing this cause like i said, it was abit iffy lol but by all means if u wanna do damage and tank cause by the time the builds done all your stacks from urchin will be maxed, go ahead and try it.
It worked for me so u can try it , you have been warned,
just make sure to pick solo whenever you have the opportunity because thats where amaterasu shines best.

So I don't want to sound rude when I say this (Because I mean no ill will or any negative connotations to be applied to this. I am just stating a logical observation.) Views does not necessarily mean that the build is great. Though I will say I have tested this and found that the build works well, but your logic does not match up. That being said I am amazed that somebody found a use for Ancile and commend you for that.
