SO I like grabbing shifter shield as you don't have much of a get away with tsukuyomi. Its passive giving 70 damage while over 75% of your health is a good burst with the poke you have with your 1 and 3 basics, and it gives you a bit more survivability while trying to get out of a bad situation. Soul eater gives a solid % pen, cdr and lifesteal, hyrdras will proc with ranged autos giving a boost of damage that is quite nice. Heartseeker for its pure damage increase as well as its passive for abilities, and arondight for the damage increase as well as revealing people hit with your ult making his chase even better as they can not hide.
really I find relics to be preference. I like grabbing blink and aegis but hard cc is tsukuyomis main counter so beads are absolutely viable.
It really depends on what you feel you need. Bloodforge is great if you are easily shredding the enemy helping keep you in fights longer as long as you are getting kills. Atalanta's bow is great if you're looking to kill tanks faster as well as serrated edge is a solid item giving extra movement speed, 20% pen and lifesteal as well as the passive is pretty solid. The sledge is great if you want to be tankier while in the middle of their team.
His 2 is his strongest ability. it is wonderful at clearing camps and can help you win small fights with the other jungler. his 1 gives him range and chase if you hit with the auto afterwards. his 3 is alright I throw one point in it pretty much just to gain a solid zoning tool when trying to chase.
Tsukuyomi is a very dangerous character, especially right now. He has a very unique kit and some solid damage output, if not a little broken. He has some decent sustain with his passive making staying in jungle pretty easy with assassin's blessing and the fact each hit gives either mana or health back. The main issues come in the forms of being in the wrong place, if you are out of place and a few jump on you and can stun you that is your end. You will need to be very mindful of the map and positions of all of the enemies as much as possible, as being jumped on is dangerous for a character with no real movement abilities.
