Bumba's Hammer : After casting an ability your next Basic Attack deals an additional 80 True Damage. After hitting a Basic Attack empowered by Bumba's Hammer, your active cooldowns are reduced by 1s and you are healed for 5% of your Maximum Health. Since Tsukuyomi has a lot of your for ability's in his kit having true damage after his ability's make for an excellent synergy with his combos.
The Crusher : Enemies hit by your damaging Abilities take an additional 20 Physical Damage + 15% of your Physical Power over 2s. This makes your early game really good because of the flat 15 pen and the 20% attack speed you get.
Transcendence : You gain 15 Mana per stack, and you gain 5 stacks for a god kill and 1 stack for a minion kill. When it is full stacked it will help late game because as your max mana increases it will convert your mana into power helping you to be more effective late game.
Hydra's Lament : For 8s after using an ability, your next basic attack will deal an additional 40% damage. Abilities that function like basic attacks do not benefit from this. The has great synergy with bumba's but it also give you CDR which is really helpful with it comes to staying in fights.
Serrated Edge : For every non-ultimate ability on cooldown you gain a stack of Cruelty. Each stack provides 10 Physical Power and 3% Physical Lifesteal. This gives you a good amount of power but the lifesteal on this item makes it a must use on this build.
Titan's Bane : Your first ability cast gains 20% Physical Penetration. This can only occur once every 10 seconds. This will give the extra pen that you need late game to get though the defenses that your enemy's will have.
The Reason I am not building full crit here is because it was nerfed but also because Tsukuyomi relies on his ability's just as much as his basic attacks.
This build will give you more survivability if you seem to be wanting to take less damage for others. If that's the case try out this build.
Brawler's Beat Stick : If the enemy team has a lot of healing you might should consider using this item.
Arondight : Use this if you seem to be using your ultimate a lot and want some more power too.
Void Shield : For more Physical Protection.
HeartSeeker : If you want to do more damage to tanks or enemy's with higher heath.
Bloodforge : If you want lifesteal as well.
Winged Blade : Get this for magical protection and slow immunity.
Having the build like this will help you get good damage early game but I suggest building the 2 first if you want better wave and camp clear.

Corrupted Bluestone : Enemies hit by your damaging Abilities are corrupted, taking 75 Physical Damage over 5s and reducing their Attack Speed by 10% (max 2 stacks). Each time you apply corruption you gain 10% Attack Speed and 4% increased Protections for 6s, up to a maximum of 5 stacks. This is great for early and late game because it gives you that early and late sustain you need in fights and in lane.
Void Shield : Enemy gods within 55 units have their Physical Protection reduced by 15%. This give you a good amount of physical protections early on as well as lowers the enemy's protections so this is great in lane early game.
The Sledge : For each enemy within 55 Units, you gain 8 Magical and Physical Protections, stacking up to 3 times. This item gives you a good amount of Heath, Mana, and CCR while also giving you power for your build as well.
Talisman of Energy : Getting a kill or assist on enemies causes you and allies within 70 units to gain stacks of energy. Energy stacks provide 2% Movement Speed, 2% Attack Speed, and 10 MP5 per stack. Lasts 10s and stacks up to 6 times. You gain maximum stacks on an enemy god kill or assist. The big part of this item is its passive but also getting some decent magical protections and heath make this item worth it even against a physical lanner.
Pridwen : When your Ultimate ability has finished casting, you gain a Shield equal to 100% of your Protections for 5s. When destroyed, timing out or being depleted, it explodes and deals Magical damage equal to 75% of the Shield's initial Health and slows targets by 25% for 3s. This can only occur once every 45 seconds. This item is a great all rounder for most builds but I thought it would be useful here mostly for the cooldown reduction that it give while also giving you more sustainability in fights.
Heartseeker : Your abilities deal an additional 3% of the targets maximum Health as Physical Damage. If you have over 200 Physical Power, your ability bonus damage scales up. This effect reaches a maximum of 6% Maximum Health damage at 400 Physical Power. Subsequent hits on the same target deal 75% the bonus damage for the next 3s. This item is a really good all-round last item to throw on most tankyer builds because of the physical pen that it gives you for dealing with tanks.
The reason as to why I moved Void and add Bulwark is because if you are facing off against a magical lanner then you want that early magical protection to give you more survivability in lane.

Hey and Welcome to my Tsukuyomi guild in this guild I wanted to go into as much depth as I possibly could about why I choose the things that I did for each build. I am pretty new to smite so I wanted to make a build to help everyone else with this character that I had such a difficult time picking up. I hope that this guild might be useful since this is the first guild that I am making for this website. I'm starting from Tsu, and I have no idea how to build it!
Not the solo one anyway, the ADC one might work but it's so far away from the norm and ADC meta isn't really my forte.
