I know you all hate just builds. If you don't know how to play Neith, then read another guide. This is a build. A mean build. Boots are unneeded if you play carefully. I use Fatalis to "slingshot" off of minions and enemies, allowing me to be auto-attacking almost constantly while being very hard to hit - also, unless your prey focuses on a movement speed build, there usually isn't an escape once I start letting the arrows fly. I usually pick Executioner first now since they nerfed Qin's. I've included two variants that seem to work about as equally as well - depending on your play style. On the second build, you may want to pick Rage before Odysseus's Bow, depending on who you're facing. I average right at around 20 kills per game in Arena with these builds. Just remember to be aware of your surroundings and don't jump into the middle of a team fight. Hang around the periphery and strafe your way to victory. Enjoy.
