This is the probably the best start for Xbalanque with his first ability costing 5 Mana per throw, Deaths Toll practically makes this free, also with his third ability you gain CC immunity so beads are not needed.
This final build has everything a ADC needs Lifesteal, Critical Chance and a 1.96 Attack speed. This build with his Passive maxed out does about 300+ base damage without critical and landing a critical hit does about 700+ damage and with a 40% Critical Chance you land them a lot.
I would recommend grabbing Ninja Tabi boots first instead of rushing transcendence since Morningstar already grants you MP5 and power. Additionally grab 1 or 2 wards just to help prevent the Jungle or Mid from ganking your lane.
This build is great to fight a team with a lot of Lifesteal (looking at you goobis) or self healing abilities like Aphrodite and Chaac.
Xbalanque's kit fits him very well with his three featuring CC immunity and his passive offering free Physical power. The best way to combo your abilities with Xbalanque is to never turn off his 1 since it's increased damage, do his 2 first to poison and slow your enemies then stack his 3 since his 3 does increased damage if they are poisoned. Additionally his 2 Slows them so by 20% so that allows you to land a few more shots and finally hit them with 4 to confirm the kill if they are low this will give your attacks a super far range and a speed boost allowing you to chase them down.

Xbalanque was born with vengeance in his heart.
As one of the Hero Twins, Xbalanque, and his brother Hunahpu, knew their lives would lead them to eventually face the Lords of Death, chiefs of the underworld who murdered their father, but first they would need to master the art of hunting with blowguns and the violent ball game Pitz.
As a test of their strength, they decided to defeat the vain and evil bird-lord, Seven Macaw, who declared himself the Sun and the Moon and replaced his teeth with glistening jewels.
The Hero Twins fired their blowguns at the perching bird-lord, knocking out several of Seven Macaw's glittering teeth. Ferociously he came at them, but only snatched Hunahpu and tore off the boy's arm. Cleverly, the twins enlisted the aid of an elderly couple and advised them to pose as dentists. Seven Macaw sought to ease the pain in his mouth, so, as they were instructed, the dentist pulled the rest of Seven Macaw's teeth and replaced them with white corn. So humiliated was the great bird that he died of despair.
It would be many years and several trials later that, at last, the Hero Twins were able to challenge the Lords of Death and avenge their father, but their final victory allowed them to ascend to the heavens, where Xbalanque was immortalized as the moon, lighting the night for clever hunters everywhere.
