The main issue with this build is the lack of protections for so long.

you have no protections until your Thebes is stacked, you're gonna get so bullied running around with this. Then you invest 2900 gold into there is a very high chance you will be behind since you'll be getting poked out easily, so early Mantle is really not worth it. is not a great item in support, I know you want cooldowns but there are other better items for it.
