Using this item increases the Movement Speed of allied gods within 55 units by 25% for 4s, makes them immune to Slows, and grants Haste, causing them to be immune to Basic Attack Movement Penalty. For the duration, successful basic attacks increase the duration by 1s up to an additional 4s.
