Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. The Nemean Lion was a mythical creature with fur impenetrable by weapons and had claws that could tear through any armor.
Hercules killed it by trapping it in its cave, stunning it with his club and strangling it to death with his godly strength.
He then skinned the lion using its own claws.
The hydra is a serpent like creature that possessed many heads. It also possessed the trait that when one of those heads was cut off, it regrew into 2 more heads.
He became frustrated. He called upon his nephew Lolaus for help who had the idea to burn the stumps of the heads after cutting them off so they wouldn't grow back.
Using a golden sword given to him by Athena, he cuts off the last head of the hydra.
The Golden Hind of Artemis was a giant hind (deer) sacred to Artemis who had golden antlers and was said to be able to outrun an arrow.
The task was to capture the hind. It is said that Hercules chased the hind for a full year until he finally caught it.
To capture the boar, Hercules asked Chiron, a centaur, for advice. Chiron told him to drive the boar into heavy snow, which he did, allowing him to capture it.
The task of cleaning the stables in a single day was supposed to be both humiliating and impossible because of the thousands of immortal cattle living there after it had not been cleaned in 30 years. Though, Hercules rerouted the Alpheus and Peneus river flows to wash out the filth in a single day.
Hercules slayed the Stymphalian Birds by scaring them using a rattle made by Hephaestus and given to him by Athena specifically for this occasion. The rattle scared the birds into flight and Hercules shot some of them down, the rest flying away never to return.
Hercules captured the Cretan Bull, which was a ferocious bull that uprooted crops and leveled orhard walls, by sneaking up behind it and strangling it.
To steal the Mares of Diomedes, Hercules cut the chains used to keep them down and scared them to high ground. He proceeded by digging a trench around this peninsula to create an island which the Mares were trapped on. When Diomedes arrives, Hercules slays him with the axe he used to dig the trench and fed his body to the horses to calm them.
Hercules obtained the belt of Hippolyta, queen of the Amazons, by first asking for it. Hippolyta agrees to give him the belt but Hera, the enemy of Hercules, disguises herself among the Amazons and sows seeds of distrust, saying that Hercules is out to kidnap Hippolyta. The Amazons proceed to confront Hercules. Seeing them, Hercules assumes that Hippolyta never intended to give him the belt and only wanted to kill him. He slays her and takes the belt.
