Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. I would put it at the top with your necessary items, and maybe make separate options based on enemy team composition. For example, if they are mostly physical damage dealers, make a tank build focusing on physical defense and if they are magical damage dealers, vice versa.
Also include a more balanced defensive build.
Those are my main suggestions, as this guide has A LOT of great information. Overall I'd say good job.
