The ancient Mayan people believed that under certain circumstances, suicides was an honourable way to die. The Mayan had a special goddess who was considered the guide of souls; responsible for escorting newly deceased souls to the afterlife, her name was Ixtab - She of the Rope - goddess of suicide. She led those who died as soldiers, as sacrificial victims, as women who died in childbirth and as members of the priesthood. The goddess Ixtab watches over the Mayan population hanging from the sky by a rope which is coiled around her neck with her eyes closed in death, waiting to escort the next honourable soul.

When an Ally is killed by an enemy god during battle Ixtab permanently gains movement speed and attack speed.

Noose Grip
Ixtab Throws her noose in a straight line, grabbing hold of the first enemy in its path for 1s and stealing a percentage of their current health. If the noose grabs an enemy god, they get stunned.
Ability: Line Affects: Enemy Lifesteal: 3/6/9/12/15% of current enemy health Stun: 2s(enemy god only) Cost: 70/75/80/85/90 Cooldown: 18s
Soul Strength
Ixtab calls upon the strength of those she sent to rest and increases her basic physical attack damage.

Guillotine
Ixtab brings down a noose from the sky which suffocates an enemy god dealing damage for 4s, any damage deal to Ixtab during the 4s will stop the attack.

Chosen Soul
Ixtab wraps her noose around an enemy god; she then pulls herself in stunning the target and dealing a strong physical hit, any other nearby enemy god gets knocked back.

I see where you're going here, but the ability would fit better on a tank, who has high health. Again, an ability should not involve the death or damage to the God.
You're getting closer to something good here. I like the damage on Guillotine, although maybe let it last for 4 seconds and I think it would be a balanced ability.
Everything else looks great. Almost there XD
I think that Guillotine needs more damage. It's her only damaging ability.
I'm still not feeling the Ultimate. It is an interesting idea, though. If used in a team fight, it would be helpful but an ability should not require your death to be used properly. She could really use a damaging ability there.
The changes to the first two abilities look great.
Keep it up, it's looking better.
The Passive is interesting. Not too much to say on it.
Ability 1: Too much lifesteal, bring it down.
Ability 2: She only gains that much physical power? She has very little damaging abilities, so bring that number up a bit. Hell, Xba gets more than that with his
Ability 3: If that is her main damaging ability, then the damage needs to go up. Also, how would you execute that attack? Would it be in a line, or would you have to target a God? A bit strange there, but I get it.
Ultimate: Not feeling it at all. She has ONE damaging ability, and she is not a support carry. You should really make this a damaging ability. Not sure how, but consider changing this Ult.
For a carry, she does NOT have a carry feel. She needs more damage, as I've said about five times.
