Providing assistance CAN win games

Just played a conquest where we were losing only because my team wasn't building correctly, two of them had Reinforced boots with Hide of the levianthan , started telling to replace certain items and explain why ( Resolve doesn't stack ) went to winning the game at the end because of it :D. So heard it before and all that , but this is my first time actually working in Smite!
So lesson? be nice , suggest change in builds if they don't really make sense , and then your team will help you carry the game to victory!
