Hey it is rkraz3d, otherwise known as elitee, and i have realized how much Smitefire has grown ever since I have joined. I really think Smitefire has the potential to be really big, and I thought of an idea, that can possibly increase its popularity more, (maybe this idea was already said by someone, so if I rip off somebody, sorry)

So what I thought was that, people, (Not Necessarily Teams) can gather up in 5's and run matches against eachother and compete to be #1. We will have this every week, at some time, and it can be moderated by the owners of Smitefire, Such as Mowen, and possibly casted by our very own Animus Liberus as he takes his steps closer to Smite fame.

I thought this would attract more competitive players, but in a less pressurized atmosphere due to the fact that we all know eachother through smitefire.

Who goes against who can be randomized and final game winners can possibly win gems, which can somehow be provided if it works out.

Maybe it's just a stupid dream of mine, but I think it would be cool.

I would like to hear some thoughts from people, let me know.

Well its all up to the higher uppers of the Forum, which would probably in this case be Mowen. So if Mowen is able to make it happen. I think it would be fun. Also I dont think it should be all random, when I said, "Not necessarily a team" I meant you didnt have to be in a clan and it could be 5 friends playing together. Ofcourse team's can enter, like Imthehappy1 said, they will have the upperhand since they would be practicing.

I'm down for casual tournaments. So the last tournament I did was fun, but the random teams were not able to practice together very well. I think it would be really fun and interesting if we did all random teams and you don't find out who your teammates are until just before the tournament starts. This will test your knowledge of Gods and team composition, as well as helping newer players learn stuff too.

I'd be interested and if it was premade teams I'm sure my team would be up for it. The problem with random teams would be roles, i.e. there might not be enough support players to make a team work.

I like the idea, maybe the forumers could have randomly drawn teammates as well, so that they can get to know the forumers that are put on their team :)

It's good. Really good, in fact. If the forumstalkers get out of their shells, this can actually happen every week a long time ago.

Someday, we'll get a bunch of active members, and then, this will probably happen.
