Based on your stats, it seems you lack experience in ranked, so for you to play more of it and learn more about high tier God's and such should really help you.
Usually, people don't draft people of younger age to competitive teams due to the lack of discipline they have,such as not being able to back at the right time, and making risky decisions, not beng immature, although I'm sure that would add to the reason why they dont take younger kids.
Anyways, if you truly want to get better, I would say that is the best way.
